Tour Operator of The Year

We are thrilled to have been voted “Tour Operator of the Year” for the sixth year in a row ! We are constantly striving to provide new and exciting diving experiences, together with excellent customer service.

Angela Mackintosh said, “One of the key factors in our sucess is that everyone in the team is an experienced diver. We are as passionate about diving as our customer.”

We are looking forward to another great diving year and lots of exciting new products. Its great to be recognised for our acheivements and a huge thanks to all our customers that voted for us. We will be at the London Dive Show on March the 27/28th and hope to see you there !

Whaleshark in Sharm

Yesterday on the 11th Feb customers aboard the luxury liveaboard Whirlwind were lucky enough to spend over an hour underwater with a pod of dolphins. This was a fantastic experience in its own rights but when a Whaleshark turned up by the boat the group didn’t think it could get any better !

Jumping in for the second dive no less than 2 Manta Rays were spotted whilst diving at the iconic wreck of the Dunraven. This was a great day for the log book and everyone onboard was reported to be grinning like a Cheshire Cat !

To say this is unusual would not be accurate as it was only last year that customers on board Cyclone were treated to a Whaleshark encounter. None the less here at Scuba Travel we are all thrilled that this years diving season is off to a breathtaking (excuse the pun) season and hope to see you onboard a trip in the future.

If you looking for a Red Sea Liveaboard please check out our availability here or contact one of our diving holiday experts for a tailormade quote.

Typhoon destroyed

It is with great sadness we report that Typhoon was destroyed in a fire whilst in dry dock on the 30th January. Luckily no one was injured in the incident which also destroyed and damaged several other boats.

Tornado Marine Fleet said, “Typhoon has given many happy memories to clients and staff alike and will be missed within the fleet.  Plans are already in process to expand the fleet once again and we hope we will be announcing a new arrival in the near future.”

Scuba Travel are making alternative arrangements for all our existing bookings on the Typhoon and will be contacting all customers within the next few days to reconfirm their reservation. We ask all existing customers to please be patient whilst we work to reschedule our existing charters.
