Cyclone has long been a favourite with UK divers for exporing the magnificent wrecks and lavish reefs of the Egyptian Red Sea. Winning "Liveaboard of the Year" in 2003, Cyclone has undergone several upgrades over the years, keeping her up to the same exceptional standards as the rest of the fleet. Designed by divers and expertly crewed, Cyclone retains a welcoming atmosphere and it this that draws divers back to her year after year for their hard earned Red Sea holiday.

Cyclone is 32m from bow to stern and her sturdy wood hull is a stable home away from home. 20 divers can be easily accommodated over 10 twin cabins. For your complete comfort, all of the cabins are en suite, have individual air con and plenty of space to stow your belongings for the week. There are 2 twin cabins on the main deck, 6 twin cabins below decks and 2 bow cabins which have bunks. All cabins are pre-allocated at the time of booking.

Cyclone features the tried and tested lay out of all Tornado Marine Fleet vessels. The all important dive deck is spaciously laid out so everyone can kit up without fighting for space. Head to the main deck dining room at meal times and an outstanding feast awaits. The upstairs saloon is complete with bar and plasma screen is a focal point at the end of the day or during surface intervals. Or escape from it all on extensive sun deck, complete with sun beds and jacuzzi. Cyclone is a true Red Sea classic liveaboard that easily meets the high standards of Scuba Travel's modern Red Sea liveaboards.

Dive briefings prior to every dive site were wonderfully informative, with superb illustrations and diagrams of each reef or wreck. This allowed for easy and enjoyable diving. Mike & Laura

The trip proved to be one of the best I have had the pleasure of joining and I have been on over a dozen liveaboards Mark Sinnott

The food was wonderful. A huge variety, never had 2 meals the same. No one went hungry. However, the most impressive aspect of this was the chef's ability to cater for special diets with very little forewarning, and to still provide tasty food Mark

Without exception, the guides and crew were fantastic. Everyone went out of their way to help. Nothing felt like too much trouble for any single member of the team. The guides were especially accommodating and understanding towards those of us who had never been on a liveaboard before Alexandra

The crew is a fantastic bunch of lads, so helpful, kind, fun to talk to, there always on hand to help even with the little things, and the trip was made even more memorable by them joining in and enjoying the fun and frolics, guides done an excellent job in guiding and describing the dives. Trish

Thistelgorm – Having seen the outside of the wreck the previous day, I thought I had some sense of what was in store for the first dive of the day. How wrong I was. Meandering amongst all of these objects of war, were the most stunning fish. The things we saw are eerie and poignant reminders of war. A moving and memorable dive, guided brilliantly by Reda. the best part of this trip for me has been the wreck dives but only because I have previously been reluctant to go inside. This trip has given me several great experiences which have improved my diving skills and my enjoyment of wreck diving and this is mostly down to great briefings and even better dive guiding.
