CycloneCycloneCycloneCyclone

Cyclone has long been a favourite with UK divers for exploring the magnificent wrecks and lavish reefs of the Egyptian Red Sea. Winning "Liveaboard of the Year" in 2003, Cyclone has undergone several upgrades over the years, keeping her up to the same exceptional standards as the rest of the fleet. Designed by divers and expertly crewed, Cyclone retains a welcoming atmosphere and it this that draws divers back to her year after year for their hard earned Red Sea holiday.

Cyclone is 32m from bow to stern and her sturdy wood hull is a stable home away from home. 20 divers can be easily accommodated over 10 twin cabins. For your complete comfort, all of the cabins are en suite, have individual air con and plenty of space to stow your belongings for the week. There are 2 twin cabins on the main deck, 6 twin cabins below decks and 2 bow cabins which have bunks. All cabins are pre-allocated at the time of booking.

Cyclone features the tried and tested lay out of all Tornado Marine Fleet vessels. The all important dive deck is spaciously laid out so everyone can kit up without fighting for space. Head to the main deck dining room at meal times and an outstanding feast awaits. The upstairs saloon is complete with bar and plasma screen is a focal point at the end of the day or during surface intervals. Or escape from it all on extensive sun deck, complete with sun beds and jacuzzi. Cyclone is a true Red Sea classic liveaboard that easily meets the high standards of Scuba Travel's modern Red Sea liveaboards.

Simply the best way to see the red sea, all organised by the Scuba Travel team. From booking customer services, to the dive boat guides, to a smooth departure......all staff helped a livaboard 'first timer' to have a wonderful dive holiday and experience. Everything was perfect including the boat organisation, wonderful food, (how does chef do it!) to the dive guides knowledge of the dive sites and wrecks. Great dive standards and flexible choice of dive sites added to a great journey. Plus the choice of a site, which included 30mins with a pod of dolphins was magical and priceless. I will be booking again as soon as possible to enjoy the next dive adventure with Scuba travel. Rob Green

The boat is great, some minor things like noisy aircon and some showers running hot and cold but that is all very minor and did not detract from all of the other excellent facilities. I will have no hesitation in coming on this boat again. Richard

10 November 2014

guides and crew very helpful with putting kit on taking off and after the end of every dive with a drink was waiting, a nice touch the hot chocolate was the best though. The general atmosphere was good all the time and eager to help if you had any problems with your kit, etc John

The food was amazing, I was very happy with the Chef. Every lunch & dinner, there was an extra dish for vegetarians. The more protein vegetarians have is better for them, and chef organised this well with mushroom and green veggies. Emel
