Sail on Mistral for your next Red Sea liveaboard for a week to remember. Mistral is the very latest liveaboard in a long line of award winning vessels from Tornado Marine Fleet and her quality is evident from bow to stern. Attention to detail here is key and Mistral has been lovingly laid out to optimise space on board with super speedy engines to make sailing supremely comfortable. She boasts a host of extra facilities to make your week all the more enjoyable so jump aboard today!

Mistral has four double cabins located on the upper deck and eight twin cabins on the lower deck. Each generously sized cabin has a modern en-suite bathroom, individual controlled A/C and safety deposit. The upper cabins have one large double bed and the lower cabins have a large double lower bunk with an additional single upper bunk bed. All cabins have ample storage space and vanity unit. If you have a cabin preference just remember to ask at the time of booking.

The luxurious feel extends to the communal areas. The saloon is decked out with a plasma screen - ideal from comprehensive briefings. There are no less than 2 sun decks. The first sun deck is covered with a bar area and jacuzzi. The upper sun deck is vast and has plenty of space for everyone to lounge out. Photographers will love the dedicated camera room on the dive deck with rinse tanks and air gun. And technical divers will benefit from high pressure gas blending (including trimix). Ntirox is available for fills up to 36%. The extravagantly fast 1150Hp engines allow Mistral to get to the next dive site quickly and with 2 powerful RIBS, you will be the envy of others as you whisk past. The steel hull complements her speed and Mistral is incredibly stable in the water (ideal if you have not found you sea legs!). All in, Mistral is a welcome addition to the superb fleet of Red Sea liveaboards Scuba Travel offer and with such excellence, why book anything else!

Reda's briefings are very detailed, with geography/history, very clear instructions and fantastic photos of the wrecks and marine life. He is highly skilled and very attentive under water and great fun to be around on the boat. The crew are very skilled and professional and a great team, there is a great relaxed efficient atmosphere on the boat. Thank you Tim

24 November 2014

Boat is well set out and was kept spotlessly clean throughout the trip, woodwork shone and there was plenty of evidence of routine cleaning throughout including the galley David Hale

Well this is my first time on my own with out my husband on this trip left him at home- i was a little apprehensive but i needn't have worried. The welcome here was warm, all the crew was always attentive to us all nothing too much trouble! Always happy to have a laugh and join in with the banter. Thank you for making it so much fun... it has given me so much more confidence in my diving taught me sooo much. So I'm going home very happy. Thank you Clare

Fantastically friendly, competant and service minded. Nothing was to much trouble. Wendy and Ahmed have done a fantastic job making us all feel confident and dealing with any issues extremely effectively when they arose. All appreciated the flexibility in terms of helping us look for dolphins. Zoe & Jorgen

Everyone works really hard. Would be nice to keep the same guides because they understand the process of free diving. They were also very adaptable. The crew were awesome. Tristan Hassan

03 November 2014

The boat is crewed by an enthusiastic and tireless group of staff who have all gone the extra mile to make our trip one to remember. Even after early morning boat moves they are still smiling and helping the guests every way they can. I would find it hard to single any individual out for special praise as they have all been brilliant. Dive briefings were good and covered all of the information we required for guided or unguided. At all times I felt we were in safe hands and even some of our less experienced in the group have had a fabulous and safe diving experience. David Taylor

03 November 2014

Very comfortable dive boat with lots of space and all the equipment one needs to make for a great div e trip. Cabins are comfortable with en suite, spacious mess room where fantastic food has been served daily, upper decks including a bar and a large sun deck, and a well equipped kit storage and dive platform. The 2 RIBs are neatly stowed and easily launched a recovered and watching them being handled was very impressive! A great boat and highly recommended!! Kevin

last summer we travelled on the cyclone and we were very impressed by the standard that it set. The mistral has surpassed this, it is very well presented by the crew. It is constantly tidy and well looked after. The rooms are perfect for our needs and the air conditioning provided a good sleeping condition. David C

The crew have been brilliant, every time I needed something they were there. Sometimes they were there even before I realized that I needed something. The guides are extremely helpful as a novice i was a bit worried about how it would be but the guides really looked after me. Rob

31 October 2014

The crew are supportive and friendly to a good standard. The guides were very helpful, made people like me who do not like early morning dives feel comfortable and they worked hard often with demanding passengers, without the passengers knowing that they were being helped Chris & Paul

23 October 2014

Think the boat is surperb, clean and well run. No issues. Having the ribs on top is brilliant. Having toilets that flush, is great first time had to show everyone that it was a flush system and not a pump. Neil & Sara
