Sail on Mistral for your next Red Sea liveaboard for a week to remember. Mistral is the very latest liveaboard in a long line of award winning vessels from Tornado Marine Fleet and her quality is evident from bow to stern. Attention to detail here is key and Mistral has been lovingly laid out to optimise space on board with super speedy engines to make sailing supremely comfortable. She boasts a host of extra facilities to make your week all the more enjoyable so jump aboard today!

Mistral has four double cabins located on the upper deck and eight twin cabins on the lower deck. Each generously sized cabin has a modern en-suite bathroom, individual controlled A/C and safety deposit. The upper cabins have one large double bed and the lower cabins have a large double lower bunk with an additional single upper bunk bed. All cabins have ample storage space and vanity unit. If you have a cabin preference just remember to ask at the time of booking.

The luxurious feel extends to the communal areas. The saloon is decked out with a plasma screen - ideal from comprehensive briefings. There are no less than 2 sun decks. The first sun deck is covered with a bar area and jacuzzi. The upper sun deck is vast and has plenty of space for everyone to lounge out. Photographers will love the dedicated camera room on the dive deck with rinse tanks and air gun. And technical divers will benefit from high pressure gas blending (including trimix). Ntirox is available for fills up to 36%. The extravagantly fast 1150Hp engines allow Mistral to get to the next dive site quickly and with 2 powerful RIBS, you will be the envy of others as you whisk past. The steel hull complements her speed and Mistral is incredibly stable in the water (ideal if you have not found you sea legs!). All in, Mistral is a welcome addition to the superb fleet of Red Sea liveaboards Scuba Travel offer and with such excellence, why book anything else!

The guides and crew were absolutely fantastic at all times. Everyone was very approachable and friendly. It was really nice how certain members of staff took the time to get to know the guests and join in activities, such as jumping off the top sun deck into the sea. The guides in particular did a spectacular job of planning, briefing and leading the dives; ensuring all divers felt safe and comfortable at all times. Lucy

The boat was very luxurious, with a very well varnished indoor regions providing comfy seats and dining areas. The cabins were a good size with enough storage space for all personal belongings. The top deck or sun deck was brilliant for sunbathing, very spacious with seats for chilling out. Lastly, the scuba equipment area was very good, with enough space for everyone to have their own bay yet still provide a strong sense of community. Jatin

We have just returned from North Reefs and Wrecks on The Mistral from 26th October to 2nd November. We have been on a few live-aboards now and I must say this experience was amazing. Scuba Travel have never let us down, but this combination of crew and guides simply gel together and give you the time of your life. Sandra Hall

Thistlegorm best dive we have ever had. Night dive out of this world. Ulysses another great dive. Reef A1, would go back for sure. Christoula K was a interesting dive with lots to look at and dive through. Rosalie Moller was another we would like to revisit. Mark Jones & Richard Harris

28 October 2013

I've been diving the red sea for 20 years and been on all but a few boats. This boat does what it needs to and is one of the best. Andy Abery

28 October 2013

Since I learnt to dive I have been looking forward to diving the Thistlegorm. It did not disappoint. I loved it, and was stunned to and privileged to see the trucks and motorbikes inside. This was my first time inside a wreck. I loved the night dive and saw a huge turtle swimming across the hold towards me. I would do this dive again without hesitation. Viv Genovese

21 October 2013

Not just another wreck dive in the Red Sea, more a reef on an ancient structure, with an incredible array and diversity of fish and corals. An open mouthed glare from Georgina the Moray and an inquisitive lion fish, shepherded our gentle way along a sandy alley towards a secret coral garden surrounding a turquoise lagoon. A magical dive not to be forgotten. One that reminds you why you originally became a dive addict... Suzanna Grix

14 October 2013

Crew and guides really make the trip special , they canít do enough for you at any time. Simon Darnell

14 October 2013

I canít fault the crew. Excellent from start to finish with their almost instinctive assistance, I hardly ever had to ask for help with my kit. The crew are an impeccable credit to the fleet! Lionel Armitage

14 October 2013

Our group were only commenting how good the food has been, better than the hotel we stayed in last year in Marsa Alam! I donít like fish, so asked for an alternative and they cooked it for me every time! They brought crisp around and nibbles at night whilst watching movies!! Angela Hardy

14 October 2013

Nice facilities, I donít think you can fault it, especially how compared to all the other boats in the area were rolling in the sea, ours was flat calm all the time. Martin Greatbatch

07 October 2013

Just the best food! Better than O2 and better than any all inclusive holiday in Egypt i have been here 8 times Sean Whelan

07 October 2013

the tornado crews are head and shoulders above any other. Everyone is friendly, polite and incessantly helpful. I invented a game called "try to get your kit on without a crewman noticing and helping you" Stats: Crew-19, Andy-1 and I was being quite sneaky with my single victory. Andy Stansfield

07 October 2013

Mistral was immaculate Ė always spotless and very well looked after. When we were next to other livaboards Mistral stood out a mile and would never want to be on any other boat except this fleet. Lois Beck

07 October 2013

My first liveaboard trip in the Red Sea and have to say I am really impressed and happy with the boat. Very comfortable, spacious and with great facilities (camera room, rinse tanks, wifi, etc.) Jose Fontenla
