I like it alot and i think its my biggest livaboard so far and has a big sun deck and showers and enough room for everybody to kit up Paul Horn

Excellent trip, much better than my expectations. Everyone friendly and helpful. I enjoyed this trip even though I do not dive, and only snorkel. I thought the time would go slow, but the week has flown by, lots to take in, and enjoyable. Whirlwind has been a great experience and would definitely be up for another trip. Anne

This is my first liveaboard. Looked at a number of operators at the dive show. I guess that I did not know what to expect. The trip has exceeded all my expectations. I was probably the least experienced diver. The guides were excellent in their support and assistance. Would I do it again? Absolutely! I had to cancel a previous trip and the insurers dealt with the cancelation both professionally and speedily. I have been so impressed with this trip that I will probably not look at other operators when booking in the future. Robert

An excellent trip all in all, very professionally run. Some of the most in depth briefings I’ve seen. Especially enjoyed hearing about the history of the wrecks before we dived them, adds an extra element to the dive. James

As always, the staff at Scuba Travel and the crew on Whirlwind are difficult to fault. Apart from it being a bit chilly, not a lot you could do about that, we had a fantastic time. I\'ll be back in Aug with my shortie :) Sarah

I have been on whirlwind on a previous occasion. It is what I have come to expect from a livaboard boat. The dive platform is spacious , the rooms large enough to accommodate 2 people and the communal areas are good Lynda Daniel

We were very lucky to see dolphins after the Ulysses dive. We were all immediately given the opportunity to be taken to them in the RIB. We were able to snorkel with them for an extended period of time which was an incredible experience that I will never forget. Thank you to the crew for making that happen. Kate Wright

I'm a very picky eater, and the chef catered to everyone. On the days when I did not like the food they would cook something completely different just for me. Excellent food, very very good service. Gemma Asbury

What can I say that is new? NOTHING. The boat is immaculately clean and well looked after. The location is superb abd the Dive sites excellent. Planning and logistics second to none, But the greatest asset of Whirlwind is its Crew! From the larger than life Mr. Magoob to tthe cheerful Ghazel and Mamoud. nnothing is too much trouble and and they make what should be a fantastic week even better. Annette and Ahmed were not only top grade but their knowledge and commitment to excellence ensured a perfect week. Add to all that a great set of people on board and it leaves me trying to find the right words to say just how great it was! a very big THANK YOU to all for a truly great week. Robert Rich

This was my second time on whirlwind, I love this boat & its itinerary, can't wait to come back!!!All of the crew have been so helpful just as they were on my last trip, from cleaning the rooms to helping us on & off with our equipment, Both of the guides Annette & Ahmed have been great fun from the start to the finish, Thanks Guys. Third time on the Whirlwind. It feels like a home from home. The crew keep me coming back, always so helpful and jolly. Every time I come back I learn something new from the guides. You can't beat the effort that goes into keeping all the divers happy. I eat better on the boat than I do at home. Can't give better praise than that! Steven Kemp

The boat is in good condition and is well equipped for a comfortable weeks diving trip. Importantly the bar is well stocked too! The crew were all extremely helpful going out of their way to help with even the smallest thing and to make the whole experience as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. The guides have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. The food has been very good. There is always plenty, with a good variety of things to eat, all cooked to a high standard, it's impressive what can be done on a small boats galley! Tony Meek

The guides really have made proper assessment of the diver's ability on the dive check. Anyone that really needs a little extra attention is getting it. The more experienced diver is allowed to do his own plan in accordance with boat plan safely within their own limits. This my second trip on the Whirlwind. The crew are really tuned in as to the individual needs of the divers. The food is excellent. The dive deck crew always there waiting to help you. Michael

Everyone, without exception, has been super friendly, very attentive and was pleased to help at every turn. It is so noticeably easier to suit up, the crew have been excellent at sorting kit, helping us into wetsuits, tightening fins and making sure we are ready to dive. 3rd trip with Scuba Travel, and 1st time on Whirlwind – best boat so far, spacious decks, and cabins roomy with good air con. As usual, guides and crew helpful and informative; I'm low maintenance but know if I had any special requests they would be dealt with – if possible. Dive safety is rightly seen as paramount, and I know we are being taken good care of both out of the water re: cylinder changes and in the water during dives. Ged

I've now been on several trips on Whirlwind and hope to book more in the future. The boat is clean and well equipped. There is plenty of space on the dive deck to get ready which is good.The guides and staff are very helpful and attentive. When you are kitting up and getting in and out of the water they are there to help you. The cabins are kept clean as are the communal areas. The food on this boat is always good. There is always plenty of it and a good variety. The staff will make you something else to eat if you don't like what i already on offer. Rachel Fraser
