Island Dancer 2
Fiji is a glamourous destination that is famed for the dazzling corals and marine life. It boasts incredible diving all year round and thanks to the Peter Hughes fleet, you can now dive in this seductive region from the comfort and luxury of Island Dancer 2. From the moment you step on board, your every whim is catered for and all with a smile. Step back from the crowds and enjoy the laid back pace of life that is so characteristic of the South Pacific. A trip to Fiji will not only rejuvenate your senses, but you will also leave feeling refreshed with a whole host of inspiring dive sites logged.
The Island Dancer 2 delivers serious quality. Part of the highly esteemed Peter Hughes fleet, the crew pride themselves on the exceptional service and friendly welcome that makes the boat a home away from home. With only 10 divers on board, Island Dancer 2 will appeal to the discriminating diver that prefers small groups. There are 5 cabins including 4 deluxe cabins and 1 master suite. The master suite has a queen size bed and sweeping views of the ocean as it passes gently by. The chef creates a mouthwatering mix of international dishes with a taster of local favourites for you to sample. Relax in the large saloon, with DVD and entertainment systems, or enjoy the glorious weather from the shaded sun deck. The back dive deck is generous with plenty of space for everyone's equipment and cameras.
Island Dancer 2 sails between the many islands that surround Vitu Levu. The dive sites sound alluring. Splash in at the Magic Mountain or fly through Save A Tack Passage. The pristine coral reefs are a real highlight and you are guaranteed to see some of the healthiest, densest coral reefs. Yet the marine life that lives amongst them is no less impressive. Reef sharks and eagle rays come into the reef for cleaning. Tuna and barracuda skit along in deeper water, swirling in schools. Clown fish protect their anemones fiercely from passing snapper and wrasses. Even the occasional pilot whale stops to see what is happening. Ribbon eels, ghost pipefish and pygmy sea horses can be found by the eagle eyed. Fiji is a veritable underwater playground for all levels of diver - so step off the back dive deck and see for yourself.
