Aquarius brings even more liveaboard choice to the Maldives as well as being the only liveaboard in Sri Lanka. Sharing the same high standards of liveaboard excellence as her sister ship Orion, Aquarius splits her time between the Maldives and Sri Lanka, moving around the seasonal hot spots for the ultimate dive adventure. Sharks, manta, whales, whalesharks, even wrecks... all of this and so much more is waiting to be discovered from Aquarius' dive deck.
Aquarius is a sleek looking liveaboard with Italian flair and she easily accommodates 16 divers over 31m in complete comfort (14 divers in Sri Lanka). There are 8 twin cabins all with en suite bathrooms and individual air con. Aquarius is also one of the fastest and most stable liveaboards in the region making it ideal for sailing the waters around the Maldives and Sri Lanka - or if you have yet to find your sea legs!
While you are not in the water, Aquarius has all your creature comforts taken care of. There are several sundecks and an elevated platform that are perfect for whale and dolphin watching and spotting whalesharks. Thanks to the space on board, Aquarius has proven popular for non diving partners who wish to see the beauty of the Indian Ocean surface side. As well as two saloons there is an al fresco dining area on the foredeck and a well stocked bar for post dive celebrations. Diving will take place from one of the large ribs in Sri Lanka or from the dive dhoni in the Maldives. Aquarius will suit recreational and technical divers alike. Whilst diving in the Maldives is legally limited to 30m, for Sri Lankan trips a full tek set up is bought onboard with manifold twin tanks, helium and a booster pump for technical fills.
