A typical day in this Caribbean paradise starts boasts up to 5 dives a day - all straight from the main boat. A giant stride is all it takes and you are emerged in a watery wonderland that is overflowing with diversity. Saba is a steep volcanic island with dramatic walls and at times, fast currents. Here you can find barracuda, yellow tailed snapper and even tuna. Reef sharks zip in and out and look out for rays. Around St Kitts there are all manner of sites, from fringing reef systems to lavish coral gardens and even wreck dives where macro and reef fish abound. This is arguably one of the most bio diverse regions of the Caribbean and true wish list destination.

You can dive St Kitts and Saba all year round and water temps range from 22-30C. There is slightly more chance of rain during our winter months but it is still an outstanding choice for winter sun and boasts year round vis of around 30m.

The diving around Saba is considered to be more advanced than some Caribbean destinations so we do recommend divers are comfortable with wall dives and currents.

Scuba Travel Tips

Do make sure you try some of the local rum! There will be on opportunity to go ashore at least once during your cruise. Each Caribbean island produces their own special blend and it can be fun taste testing. If rum is not your fancy, the local hot sauces are also really tasty.
