The Marriott Hurghada Resort is an exceptional resort located on the shore of the sparkling Red Sea a short distance south of Hurghada. Offering a wide variety of in-style restaurants and bars this sophisticated hotel offers comfort and convenience. There are 283 rooms and suites with sea view, private facilities, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar, high speed internet access (pay locally), safety deposit box, and hairdryer.
For those guests wishing to go out for meals or entertainment it is just a few minutes walk to the centre of Hurghada with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife, including the famous Papas bar and Hurghadas own Ministry of Sound club.

Hurgada has long drawn scuba divers to her sunny shores for diving holidays. And a quick look at the impressive dive log reveals why this is a classic diving destination. The numerous reefs and pinnacles along the coastline have clear, warm water and bags of marine life to discover. Protected areas such as Giftun boast drift dives, giant gorgonians and steep walls. Whilst shallower sites such as Banana Reef or Abu Ramada are picturesque and alive with morays, turtles or napoleons. Wreck heads are spoilt for choice with the like of Abu Nuhas, the el Mina and Balena being just some of the vessels within diving limits. Technical divers too can plunge the depths of the reefs or take a tour of the Hebat Allah.
After a pick up from the Marriott Resort, the dive adventure is only minutes away. Emperor have a purpose built dive centre right on the edge of the jetty - perfect for students or certified divers alike. The heated pool makes skill drills a joy and the classrooms are comfortable for those all important theory sessions. All PADI courses are taught from intro dives to instructor level so there is always someone to hand to help you through the next bit of training. Few centres have operated in Hurgada as long as these guys so not only can you expect a professional team, they have the local knowledge that makes all the difference. Certified divers are just as well looked after as those learning to dive in Hurgada. Most dive sites are an hour or less from the jetty and the fleet of boats departs daily for two or three tank dives. These are large, comfortable boats with plenty of space to kit up or relax in the sun between dives. Special trips and night dives are all arranged locally if you want to squeeze in yet more excitement or bottom time. Nitrox and technical gases are also available on request. And at the end of the day, grab a drink and join the team to watch the sun set to celebrate another awesome day.
