Welcome to Cayman Aggressor IV, fully refurbished for 2022, dives one of the Caribbean's top destinations. Cruise in comfort as you dive your way through Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, where wall and wreck dives await you. Swim over vibrant corals and sponges as you get up close to eagle rays, southern sting rays, turtles and schooling fish. The waters are nearly always calm, making this an ideal Caribbean holiday for newer divers or snorkellers who don't want to miss the fun. And with the attentive crew to hand, it is easy to see why Cayman Aggressor IV is one of our most popular Caribbean liveaboard holidays.
The Cayman Aggressor IV sleeps 18 guests in total across 2 decks. The lower deck staterooms are either twin beds (which can be made into 1 king on request) or a bunk arrangements (2 cabins only). The main deck master suite boasts a king bed with picture window. All have their own en suite, air con and hair dryers. Please do ask at the time of booking if you have a specific cabin request.
Cayman Aggressor IV features a roomy, air conditioned salon and dining area, sun deck complete with a hot tub, lounge and deck chairs, stereo and CD player, shaded cocktail deck and grill and a photo editing computer. Move from the covered cocktail deck on the upper levels, into the dining room. Divers love the comprehensive package on board Aggressor liveaboards, with 3 freshly prepared meals a day, snacks, soft drinks and most local alcohol included as standard. The food is a mixture of international cuisine with some local tasters. Diving amenities include Nitrox (unlimited Nitrox is $100 per week or $150 for 10 night trips), individual dive lockers, camera table with low-pressure air hoses, and two hot, fresh water showers.The stern and platform area is very spacious. The boarding ladders were designed for convenience to allow divers easy entries and exits. Then dry off with a warm towel.

The Caymans is around 480 miles south of Miami. The main island, Grand Cayman is a vibrant mix of modern living at island pace. Relax during the day on one of the beaches or enjoying the diving and snorkelling before you head out into the town to try the islands many bars and restaurants. Divers and non divers alike will find plenty to do here!

Summer is mid-May to October and is a hot, rainy season. Our winter months (Nov-Apr) are dry and mild. Air temps peak at around 30C in August, dropping to around 25C in Jan and Feb. August water temps can be as high as 30C, but is between 27-28 for most of the year.
On certain dates BA operate a direct flight from London to the Grand Cayman. This takes around 12 hours. f you are not able to travel direct, then flights typically route through the USA. You may require an overnight en route depending on flight times. All passengers transiting through the USA must have a valid ESTA before travel. If you wish to make your own flight arrangements to Grand Cayman, let us know and we can remove the cost of the international flights from your quote. We are unfortunately not able to redeem airmiles on your behalf. Please do not confirm any flight arrangements yourself before your holiday is confirmed by us.
If you are transiting through the States, you can enjoy a stop over. This would usually be in Miami.
UK passport holders are able to obtain a 90 day visa on entry to the Caymans. Please ensure your passport has 6 months validity from your return date to prevent any issues with immigration. if your flights transit through the USA, you MUST have a valid ESTA or visa before travel. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid and you fulfil entry requirements. Previous travel to certain countries (eg Cuba, Sudan) will exclude you from the ESTA programme and you will need to apply for a visa before travel. Scuba Travel requires all of our customers to have diving insurance. Please make sure that you have appropriate cover for your diving activities. We also strongly recommend you have travel insurance. It's worth taking out travel insurance once you have paid your deposit to ensure you are covered for unforeseen events and cancellation.

You will be able to manage your booking online once you have been ticketed (after you have paid your holiday balance). Most airlines will now enable you to select your seating at this point. On arrival please make your way through baggage claim and immigration. There will either be a rep to meet you with further instructions or you will have full details of your car hire in your travel documents. If you have any issues on arrival, please contact us. We have an emergency contact, manned by a member of the team here in the UK. Please call 0044 7747 488 002. We will be able to help your rep locate you in the airport.
Local regulations mean that we are not able to include transfers in the cost of your holiday. Where possible, they will be co-ordinated for you on arrival, to pay locally. Certain resorts offer car hire as part of your package. Full instructions will be in your travel documentation.
You will be advised locally of your transfer times/ final arrangements at the end of your holiday. The departure tax is around $30.
Crew gratuities are not included in the charter. Aggressor believe gratuities should be voluntary and based upon the quality of service the crew has provided. When settling your account on the final morning morning, the Captain will have an envelope for gratuities that will be divided equally among the crew.

A full line of Aqualung rental gear is available aboard including regulators, BCs, dive computers, and night- lights. If any of your dive equipment fails while onboard, the crew will loan you equipment free of charge.
Several diving specialty courses are offered onboard including Nitrox, Advanced Open Water, UW Photography, Master Diver and more. Open Water Certification Courses & Check-Out Dives are offered as well.
There is a mini-boutique onboard, which sells a selection of logo clothing including t-shirts, caps, CD’s and miscellaneous items. One day during the week, the crew will have a ‘boutique day’.
Unlimited Nitrox is $100 per 7 night charter/ $150 per 10 night charter
A typical deposit for your Aggressor liveaboard package will be 30% of the trip cost. Your final balance will be due 100 days before travel.
We accept mastercard and visa debit or credit cards. If you would like a pay by link to complete check out via email please let us know and it can be set up for you. We do not take AMEX. All non sterling card payments and UK business debit cards will be subject to the 3% surcharge. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay via bank transfer. Overseas bank transfers must add £8 to the sterling total to cover international handling fees. We are not able to accept PayPal transactions or personal cheques.
If you have booked as part of a group, you can still call and pay directly without needing to go via your group leader. Please have your trip reference number to hand to help us locate your holiday as quickly as possible. You will receive a transaction receipt - your group leader will forward your ATOL certificate and booking confirmation
