Granada Park is a modern apartment complex perfect for any families that want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Tucked away in a quiet residential area, the Granada Park is a safe and secure location. The apartments themselves are large, spacious and well furnished with their own kitchen facilities for self catering. Care has been taken throughout the resort to provide a stylish backdrop to your holiday. No less than 3 pools, one for the children and one heated for the winter months, are fringed by the resort restaurant and bar. The Las Americas Golf course is right next door if you need to improve your game and the town centre a short taxi ride or 20 minute stroll for an evening of fun in the region's many restaurants.
Aqua Marina will take all the stress out of your holiday, ensuring you are transferred to and from the centre each day. Aqua Marina are currently based in the Hotel Oro Blanco. The team have an expert knowledge of the local area so no matter if you are a novice or experienced diver, they will know the right place for the very best underwater adventures that Tenerife has to offer. Aqua Marina is also a full PADI 5* IDC centre so all training can be completed under the watchful eyes of the dedicated and multi lingual dive instructors. With a varied and action packed dive program on offer, you can decide if you want to do 1 dive a day or up to 3! Tenerife has become a hugely popular destination for British travellers and one look at a map reveals why. Sitting just off the Africa's northern coast, the Canary Islands enjoy a warm climate with hardly any rainfall all year round. With a rich history and strong ties to Spain, the Canary Islands have been formed through volcanic action and no where is this more evident than on Tenerife. Tenerife's landscape is dramatic yet ruggedly beautiful with some of the best beaches you will find anywhere in the entire region. From black volcanic sands to the golden playas of Las Americas sun worshipers will be in heaven. All of this is only a short 4 hour flight from the UK.
Weather and Climate
Tenrife boats a nerly perfect climate - year round sun, not too hot and with little chance of rain. The air temps peak around 28C in July or August before cooling off to the low 20s by December. There is more rainfall in the winter, with light, infrequent shows.
We are able to book a number of charter flight options from the UK to Tenerife. Flights operate from a number of regional airports. If you have a specific airline you prefer to fly with, simply let us know in your booking request. A supplement may apply for regional departures. Times and any applicable supplements will be confirmed by your travel consultant before you finalise your holiday. If you wish to make your own flight arrangements to Tenerife, let us know and we can remove the cost of the international flights from your quote. We are unfortunately not able to redeem airmiles on your behalf. Please do not confirm any flight arrangements yourself before your holiday is confirmed by us.
As it is a direct service, there are no stop over options
Arrange before you go
UK passport holders do not need a visa for Tenerife/Spain. Do ensure your passport has 6 months validity from your return date to prevent any issues with your airline. Scuba Travel requires all of our customers to have diving insurance. Please make sure that you have appropriate cover for your diving activities. We also strongly recommend you have travel insurance. It's worth taking out travel insurance once you have paid your deposit to ensure you are covered for unforeseen events and cancellation. Preparing to fly
Most flights to Tenerife are charter flights. This means seating is allocated at check in. For some carriers we are able to prebook leg room, window or aisle seats. Please speak to your travel consultant about availability and the current charges levied by your airline.
Depending on your airline, you may be able to complete check in online to print your boarding pass. If not, we will email your flight tickets to you in advance. You must print your ticket coupon.

What happens when I arrive?
On arrival please make your way through baggage claim and immigration. There will either be a rep to meet you or you will have full details of your where to meet your transfer (with a confirmation voucher) in your travel documentation. If you have any issues on arrival, please contact us. We have an emergency contact, manned by a member of the team here in the UK. Please call 0044 7747 488 002. We will be able to help your rep locate you in the airport.
Transfers are included in your holiday. You be advised in your travel documentation of how to find your transfer.
At the end of your holiday, your return transfer details will be advised locally. EU passport holders do not need to pay a departure tax.
Included in your holiday
Tipping is entirely at your discretion. We do not make recommendations as to how much to tip. Should you wish to leave a tip for the staff and crew, it should reflect the level of service you have enjoyed.

Ways to pay
We charge 2% on credit card transactions but nothing on UK debit card payments. All non sterling card payments will be subject to the 2% surcharge. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay via bank transfer. Overseas transfers must add £6 to the sterling total to cover international handling fees. We are not able to accept PayPal transactions.
If you have booked as part of a group, you can still call and pay directly without needing to go via your group leader. Please have your trip reference number to hand to help us locate your holiday as quickly as possible. You will receive a transaction receipt - your group leader will forward your ATOL certificate and booking confirmation

No two dive sites are the same and there is no end to the options for novice divers. Aqua Marina are a 5* PADI centre that can cater for all divers, new or experienced. Their beach front location has all of the amenities and kit you could ever need. Rent all your dive kit, camera or even a laptop here! E-learning means you can now study the theory before you travel, saving classroom sessions. Children are welcome and aged 8+ can join in all the diving fun. PADI courses all the way to divemaster are available. Or if you are interested in trying you hand at technical diving, why not take a DSAT or rebreather course. The centre's wet are is the perfect place to stow your gear if you are taking a dry day.

Aqua Marina have 2 large RIBS which depart 3 times a day and the welcoming team will tailor your trip to suit your experience level and underwater interest. The majority of dive sites are between 5-25 minutes so in a matter of moments, you can be exploring the wide range or reef and wreck dives. The flexible schedule means you can balance your diving passion with the myriad of land based activities on the island. If shore diving is your preference, why not grab a buddy and try out the diving just in front of the dive centre.
