About Classic Red Sea Wrecks
Set sail on a six-day diving expedition across the Red Sea's most awe-inspiring underwater landscapes, guided by the expert hand of Mike Ward. Each day promises a new discovery, from historic shipwrecks to bustling coral reefs.
Day 1: Rosalie Moller . Your adventure starts with a check dive, then it's on to Rosalie Moller, a British cargo ship that sank during WWII. As dusk sets in, you may have the chance to embark on a night dive at this site or another nearby, offering a glimpse into the Red Sea's nocturnal fish life.
Day 2: The Thistlegorm. Spend the day at the SS Thistlegorm, a British armed Merchant Navy ship that went down in 1941. You'll get to dive three times, exploring its preserved relics of motorcycles, trucks, and wartime artifacts - a dive through history.
Day 3: After revisiting the Thistlegorm, venture to the Giannis D, a cargo wreck now part of the sea's natural tapestry. The Chrisoula K, with its cargo of Italian tiles, awaits, followed by a night dive at Abu Nuhas reef. The day ends as you set course for the Brothers Islands.
Day 4: The Brothers' Islands call to you with the Numidia and Aida wrecks, nestled among vibrant coral life. Choose your dive - wrecks, reef, or plateau - before the journey to the Salem Express.
Day 5: The Salem Express. Dive here twice to fully immerse in its story and marine surroundings. Later, dive at Al Khafein and enjoy a tranquil night dive on a nearby reef.
Day 6: On your last day, explore Hebat Allah, an artificial reef bursting with life, and then the Miniya & Mohammed Hassabella. These final dives round off your Red Sea saga, leaving you with enduring memories.
