Here giant manta play at cleaning stations on Socorro and San Benedicto while sharks school in vast numbers off the steep walls of Roca Partida. Or if you are looking for the ultimate in shark encounters, come face to face with the Great Whites of Guadalupe islands. No matter which itinerary you chose, you are certain of effortless luxury and diving to remember!

Solmar V has been lovingly maintained and refurbished to ensure all mod cons are available for your convenience and safety. The food is exemplary - fresh fruit, vegetables, home made soup and mouth watering international or Mexican dishes. Tuck in and enjoy! Relax with your fellow divers over a glass of house wine or beer and trade thrilling tales from the day's encounters. There is a sun deck upstairs with shaded area. The dive deck is large, with generous space between dive stations. A large camera table with tiered storage keeps your camera kit safe. Great Whites in Guadalupe Description

Great white sharks are one of nature's most impressive and most awe inspiring creations. And the chance to be in the water with great whites must rank on most adventurer's wish list. If you have are brave of heart, then make a bee line for the Great Whites of Guadalupe itinerary. Diver or non diver, you have a chance to come face to face with not just one, but many great whites on the adrenalin ride of a lifetime. But be warned, getting in the water anywhere else after this trip might seem a little bit tame!

The Great Whites of Guadalupe itinerary does just what it's name implies. From the decks of the luxurious Socorro Vortex or the legendary Solmar V the professional and highly experienced team will give full briefings and instructions so you can get in the water with the utmost safety. There are 2 ways to see great whites. For divers and non divers, there are 2 cages rigged to the deck which descend just below the surface. Air is supplied from the surface- no scuba here. Numbers are limited to 4 per cage. Just sit tight and wait for the sharks to come in close. Remember to breathe! If you are already certified you can also descend in the revolutionary submersible cage. This cage sinks to around 10m below the surface, gaining divers a wholly different perspective. This is a must see for photographers in particular.

Great Whites of Guadalupe runs from August to October each year. After embarking you sail to the remote and isolated Guadalupe island, 165 miles west of Mexico. Divers and non divers are welcome on board. Nature lovers will also enjoy the boat trip around Guadalupe Island itself, a critical resting spot for all manner of flora and fauna in the otherwise hostile waters of the Pacific.
