Measuring impressive 37 m in length, Snefro Target departs from Sharm to dive the Northern Red Sea. She was fully renovated in 2020 - this is a classic liveaboard diving one of the best routes in the Red Sea, ideal for all experience levels.
Measuring impressive 37 m in length, Snefro Target departs from Sharm to dive the Northern Red Sea. She was fully renovated in 2020 - this is a classic liveaboard diving one of the best routes in the Red Sea, ideal for all experience levels. Snefor Target sleeps 20 divers in total with cabin options on 2 decks. There are 7 twin berth cabin on lower deck, plus 2 double bed cabins on upper deck and a master suite on the main deck. Ask about cabin upgrades at the time of booking. All cabins are air-conditioned, with en-suite bathrooms, personal safety deposit boxes, central music system and an internal telephone system. In addition, all double bed cabins are equipped with a mini bar. The dining and saloon areas are spacious, air-conditioned and loaded with modern entertainment equipment and a central music system. The chefs prepare delicious, mouth-watering meals daily - if you have special requests, such as a vegetarian diet, just let us know. Daily meals are served in buffet style offering Egyptian and international cuisine. Snacks, fruit, water, coffee, tea and soft drinks are offered throughout the day. Kick back on one of the 3 sun decks on upper and high deck, divided in shaded and sunny areas. The large dive deck is equipped with fresh-water showers as well as 2 bathrooms and well designed to provide ample space for kitting up. 2 air compressors and the Nitrox compressor are located below deck and silent during operation. Nitrox is free of charge for divers holding Nitrox certification. For your safety the boat is equipped with life jackets, life rafts (2 x 25 person), fire extinguishers, smoke detectors & fire alarm system, first aid kit & oxygen (demand & free flow). Navigation and safety equipment includes GPS, chart plotter, radar, echo sounder, EPRIB, HF Radio (long distance) and VHF radio, all safety equipment meets international standards.

The warm, clear waters are packed with rich coral gardens and dramatic walls, teaming with marine life. The famous wreck dives are easily accessible, and brimming with history and intrigue. This is a year round itinerary that visits some of the most iconic dive sites in Egypt and the varied depths across dive sites suit all abilities - from novice to tekkie, jump aboard for your next dive adventure.
Tiran and Ras Mohammed are two of the best known areas for diving in the Northern Red Sea. Famous for their stunning coral gardens and dramatic walls, we love spending our dives watching the clown fish, napoleons, groupers and snapper. Glass fish and anthias dart around, chased by the ever present lion fish. Hawksbills and green turtles are seen on most dives in both areas. Hunt out long nosed hawkfish hiding in the gorgonian sea fans. Large schools of snapper, bat fish and barracuda aggregate in the blue, especially in our summer months at Shark & Yolanda. Cruising past Ras Mohammed, you sail towards the first of the wrecks. The Northern Red Sea is a wreck diver's delight. The almighty Thistlegorm is the setting for unforgettable diving, day or night. The Kingston, Dunraven, Giannis D, Carnatic and Ulysses only add to the excitement. These 19th and 20th century wrecks have become artificial reefs, but each is still packed with unique artefacts that tell their story. There are several resident pods of bottlenose dolphins on this itinerary's route. Gubal island is an excellent place to spot them. Keep your eyes and ears peeled underwater here! Don't skip the night dive at Gubal. The barge is home to resident giant morays, octopus, cardinal fish, nudis and so much more!
Wrecks and Reefs is the ideal itinerary whatever your experience level. However, there can be strong currents on some sites. Talk to your travel consultant if you would like to complete your PADI advanced course or a specialty on board. Visibility is typically crystal clear and water temperatures range from 20 and 28 degrees throughout the year. Travel times between dive sites are short leaving more time for relaxing. Sites can be accessed whatever the season, either by boat or RIB. We are happy to tailor the itinerary for full charter bookings. Dive the northern Red Sea from the Snefro Target This is a classic itinerary in the Northern Red Sea with up to 22 dives over the week. Departing from Sharm, you will spend 7 nights on board on a full board basis (twin share cabin). 12lt tank, air fills, Nitrox and weights are included in your package - please prebook nitrox and 15lt tanks before travel. All trips are fully guided with 2 expert guides. Flights are with Thomson from Gatwick and transfers are also included. At the end of the week you will have day use of a hotel and buffet lunch while you wait for your flight home. Excluded are the Egyptian entry visa , marine park and local fees payable onboard 75euro, alcohol, additional kit hire and any on board souvenirs.
