Scuba Travel exclusive offer! Book a minimum of a 5 night stay with 11 dives by 31st August and receive a $100 voucher to spend in resort!

The Lembeh resort is a boutique style diver's resort on Lembeh island itself, making it arguably is one of Manado's best known dive hubs, Life here revolves around the diving and is especially popular with underwater photographers - muck, critter, macro and wide angle.... the Lembeh resort has it all! Experience critter diving in Lembeh Strait that is second to none!

There are 3 different room grades at the Lembeh resort - deluxe ocean view cottages or garden view rooms and the cliffside suite, new in 2016. All have air con, en suite bathrooms, king size double or twin beds, a water dispenser, tea and coffee, fridge and electronic safe. The deluxe cottages have 2 styles, and are either built in the traditional Minahasan style or modern cliffside. The 9 of the deluxe cottages are fully detached with glorious sea views and open air showers, the further 2 have larger double bungalows (semi-detached). They are traditional in design with a covered wooden veranda. 4 of the deluxe cottages can sleep up to 4 people, with a separate living and bedroom area. There are 4 deluxe cottages that are nestled in the cliffside and are a touch more modern. In 2018 several of the traditional cottages underwent a thorough renovation. Enjoy spectacular views over the Lembeh Strait with open air showers. The newer garden view rooms are located close to the dive centre, surrounded by the tropical gardens in resort. The rooms share a veranda. These are smaller than the cottages but ideal for single travellers. Or why not treat yourself to the best views in the resort with the Cliffside suite, boasting a bedroom, lounge, plus private pool and terrace, as well as room serivce and a butler!

If you are not underwater at Lembeh resort, you are relaxing! The restaurant serves a mouth watering mix of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared. Tuck into pastries or home made bread at breakfast, a tantalising buffet at lunch and al la carte evening meals - all included in your holiday package! The spa is a must for aching muscles or if you are feeling adventurous, a wide range of land activities can be arranged locally. Tour the island or visit the Tangkoko National Park to see some of the land life! Above and below the water, prepare to be blown away by the Lembeh resort!

It is easy to enjoy both the walls of Bunaken and the critters of Lembeh in one single trip. Siladen resort is the perfect complement to a stay at Lembeh resort. Start of end your holiday here! You can even enjoy a boat transfer with diving between the 2 locations - forget hours in the car travelling by land. the diving transfer allows you to really see how the marine ecology changes as you leave the muck diving of Lembeh and discover the drama of Bunaken.

The resort welcomes non divers and can arrange a fabulous stay for non divers or snorkelers.

The diving in Lembeh straits is usually referred to as muck or critter diving. This is a unique experience, driven by the desire to find those unique and strange beasties that are so common in this part of Indonesia. Enter a world underwater filled with mimic octopus, flambouyant cuttlefish, every kind of frogfish and pygmy sea horses... to name but a few of the special sightings. What a lot of people don't realise is that there are also several coral sites, where you can get some stunning reef scenes

A typical dive day at Lembeh resort includes 3 boat dives, returning back to the resort for lunch. You are sped to your dive sites in one of the 7 custom built dive boats. Each has plenty of storage for dive kit and cameras. Most of the 30+ dive sites are found in calm bays within the Lembeh Strait and can be reached in only 15 mins! Or why not jump in and discover the house reef for yourself. Guided house reef dives are available early morning or late a night as well as unguided house reef diving all day long.

Whilst the dive team at Lembeh resort are able to teach PADI and SSI courses, most divers visiting tend to be certified divers. Indeed, the resort is especially popular with photographers thanks to the great facilities in resort. The dive team focuses on a quality experience for customers - you are welcomed to submit your wish list to the guides who are experts at finding some of the strangest and smallest critters about.
