Scuba Travel - How to Book?

How to book

Found your perfect holiday?

You’ve found your perfect holiday and now you are ready to book. So what happens next? Once we’ve received your email or phone call, one of our travel team will be in touch to run through the details.

Many of our holidays can be confirmed straight away. Others may take 24-48 hours to finalise. Your travel consultant will explain the process for your specific trip. Do feel free to ask as many questions as you need about your trip. It is important that you get the right holiday for you.

Make sure you have to hand to following info:

  • Name as it appears on passports
  • Postal address
  • Contact phone number
  • Any special dietary requirements
  • Any kit hire/courses needed

We will require a deposit to book your holiday

  • A typical deposit for your Egyptian Red Sea holiday is £500
A typical deposit for any other world-wide destination is 30% of your holiday cost
Some diving operators or flight routes/upgrades may require a higher initial deposit or interim payment - your travel consultant will advise at the time of booking if this applies to your chosen holiday.

Confirmation by email

After you have paid your deposit, you will be sent a booking confirmation email. This email contains some info about your trip, your invoice, itinerary information, your ATOL certificate and our terms and conditions.

Travel Insurance

We do require you to have an up to date travel insurance policy in place. This must cover you for scuba diving up to the depth you will be diving at.
