So what happens next? Once we’ve received your email or phone call, one of our travel team will be in touch to run through the details.
Many of our holidays can be confirmed straight away. Others may take 24-48 hours to finalise.

After you have paid your deposit, you will be sent a booking confirmation email. This email contains some info about your trip, your invoice, itinerary information, your ATOL certificate and our terms and conditions.
You will also receive a password and link to take you to the secure section of our website to enter your advanced passenger information. Make a note in your diary as to your balance date. Balances are usually due 90days before travel.
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
