Located between Guam, The Philippines and Papua New Guinea, Palau is a 640km long archipelago that harbours one of the world's greatest concentrations of corals, fish and other marine life. The Palau islands include more than 200 islands, of which only eight are inhabited. Having emerged from the United Nations trusteeship in 1994 it is one of the worlds youngest and smallest sovereign states. Palau is a scuba destination like no other. Many of the dive sites are reachable from both resort and liveaboard. Scuba Travel have worked for many years with the premier scuba diving operators in Palau and we're more than happy to help you discover this fantastic destination.

Palau is one of the most remote diving destination on the globe. Far, far from the madding crowd this is a high adrenalin diving holiday, set against the verdant backdrop of the green islands. The sites are some of the most famous in diving. German Channel feeds an tidal lagoon and doubles up as a manta and shark cleaning station. Hook into the reef at Blue Corner and be amazed by the parade of sharks, tuna, eagle rays and turtles pass by. These are just for starters. There is Chandelier Cave, where stalactites cling to the cave walls. Scenic reef dives a plenty too for all to enjoy. Or how about a wreck dive at Teshio Maru, a reminder of the vicious battles here during the Second World War. There is an enormous amount to discover on a Palau diving holiday - sit back and enjoy the show unfold!

Fish 'n' Fins is Palau's only 5* PADI Gold Palm dive centre and know what modern divers need. E-learning is fully supported so you can get a head start on your course theory from home. Spend more time enjoying the warm waters and astonishing sights. The diving is well worth recording and the on site photo pro can rent cameras as well as teach you how to get those all important wow shots. Fancy diving deeper? Guided technical dives are available on request. No matter if you have never dived before or are looking to take your training further, this knowledgeable team can help you every fin kick of the way.

  • Palau's premier PADI 5* Gold Palm resort
  • Small boat groups
  • Shore excursions
  • Photo centre on site
  • Guided tech diving

Most divers will spend the majority of their dives out on one of Fish 'n' Fins' superb dive boats. Groups are kept small here so no one feels crowded either on board or underwater. The diving programme is left open to suit each diver's experience level and interest. Somewhere specific you want to dive? Just let the team know. Two tank days are the norm with the surface interval and lunch hour spent at Rock Island enjoying the tropical weather and beach. Special shore excusions are also made to the snorkeling sites such as Jellyfish lake - a must see phenomenon. And if you are taking a day off, why not change the pace and try out a day's fishing or kayak tour. Everything is possible here!
