The Caymans is one of the Caribbean's most popular destinations for UK divers. The waters are gin clear, the marine life prolific and the reefs an impressive mix of hard and soft corals, with huge sponges to boot. All just a stone's throw from your room? It does not get much better than this. Let the tranquil waters lure you in - no matter if you are a complete novice or a salty sea dog, make a beeline for the Cobalt Coast Resort & Reef Divers.

Reef Divers are a supremely professional dive team offering a one of a kind valet dive service. Relax and let the dive team do all the work It is never to early... or late... to learn to dive! Experience programmes start as early as 5 for snorkelling and 8 for diving. Take a speciality, go on a guided boat dive, snorkelling excursions, nitrox services and kit hire - these guys will make your dreams a reality.

  • Dive centre & jetty in one convenient location
  • PADI & SSI dive courses
  • Shore diving 24/7
  • Guided boat diving from private jetty on their 2 14m custom boats
  • Escorted snorkelling services

Many people heading to the Cobalt Coast will be looking to get wet and go diving. And what diving there is. Stride of the private dock in the stunning blue shallows. The house reef is open 24/7. Lighthouse Point is new shore dive point, with a mini wall and local historical shipwreck dating from 1815. Boat diving is also on tap with 2 tank boat dives departing from the jetty. The 2 custom built dive boats are comfortable with all mod cons.

Cayman Islands diving is mostly current-free, which is optimal for new divers, divers who choose to move at their own pace, and underwater photographers who might want to spend their entire dive at one location, waiting for the perfect shot. All of the dive sites are moored, which marks the beginning and ending points of that dive. Our dive masters will brief the location, establish dive limits, and draw a map of the tour theyll lead. As long as divers remain in buddy teams and stick with the predetermined limits, its their option to follow the tour or go off on their own. For those who follow, the tour lasts 35 to 40 minutes. By the time theyre back at the mooring, most divers feel comfortable enough to continue exploring on their own until their time is up or they run low on air. We recommend that divers who feel more comfortable following the tour remain on the boat and be among the last divers in the water.
