About Dive Into Raja
Dive into Raja Ampat is a beachfront dive resort located at the Waiwo Resort in Waisai, a short ferry ride from Sorong. It is the sister resort of the popular Dive into Lembeh. The resort has been recently renovated, with new rooms and a modern dive centre, to provide guests with a budget-friendly diving experience in the enchanting Raja Ampat marine park. Waiwo resort has preserved the natural beauty of the area during the construction. The rooms and bungalows are tucked away from the beach, creating a unique atmosphere, with exotic birds and gentle Indonesian cuscus bears in the surrounding trees. The jungle shade also keeps the resort comfortable and cool. The resort offers 4 types of rooms. All of them have A/C and western style bathroom with hot/cold water. The rooms vary in size, but both twin and double beds are available. Some of the rooms are made of traditional wood and some are stone 5 garden terrace- 4 duplex - each with one twin and one double room plus one separate room 6 Seaview rooms (duplex) - each with one twin and one double room 3 sea view bungalows - double bed only 2 Water Front Villas The restaurant is on site, close to the dive centre and camera room. While you are staying at the resort, don't miss the opportunity to explore Raja Ampat on land. You can join birdwatching tours, Raja island hopping and the River Kali Biru tours in the resort (local fees apply) or enjoy the amazing snorkelling.
Diving at Dive Into Raja
Dive into Raja Ampat has recently upgraded the in resort dive centre, which is open year round.
Recent additions include a new camera room with individual charging / work stations and dedicated camera rinse tanks. Guests also now have a secure locker room for their dive gear storage. Both the locker room and the camera room are opposite the restaurant keeping everything convenient for your stay.
The dive centre is stocked with a range of rental equipment and can fill air or nitrox tanks. A full range of PADI dive courses are on offer with the experienced dive team.
Speed out to the boat dive sites on one the covered speedboats have at least 2 engines. All boats carry Oxygen and first aid supplies. In saddition to the local dive sites, you can upgrade (local charge) to visit some of the further away sites such as Batanta, Manta, the Passage or Piaynemo.
The normal schedule for diving is a 2 tank dive in the morning, back to the resort for lunch and then a 1 tank dive in the afternoon. Night dives are available on request.
On all Dive / Accommodation packages of 3 nights or more free house reef diving is included from 8 AM to 6 PM.

3Pay a deposit to secure it
Typically 30% of the holiday cost. You then receive your confirmation and ATOL certificate. The balance is usually due 90 days before travel.

Includes 12 boat dives (2 per day) and unlimited, unguided house reef diving between 7 AM - 6PM, 12 litre tank air fill, and weights, return airport transfer and return ferry transfer from Sorong to Waisai, Raja park fees, service charge and government tax. Room & diving package upgrades available on request
This holiday excludes international flights to Jakarta CGK or domestic flights to Sorong. Please confirm your resort space and ferry times times with your travel consultant before booking and confirming any flights yourself. We are able to add flights with a wide range of airlines, including regional departures. Please ask your consultant for competitive quote for any flight option. You will typically require a night in Jakarta before and possibly after your liveaboard, which can be added to your booking on request.

Country entry requirements for Indonesia

To enter Indonesia, your passport must have an 'expiry date' at least 6 months after the date you arrive and have at least 2 blank pages.
Entry Visa:
You MUST have a visa to visit Indonesia
You can get a 30-day visa on arrival (VOA) for tourism. The VOA costs 500,000 Indonesian rupiah, payable in cash IDR or USD.
Manado airport charges 550 000IDR for the VOA
The VOA is valid for single entry only. You must meet passport validity requirements and have a return or onward ticket.
Due to the user interface for the portal, we do not generally recommend the evisa - it is particularly bad on mobile!

Indonesia arrival card:
Before travelling to Indonesia, fill out the online customs and health declaration on the All Indonesia arrival card website or app within 72 hours of arrival.
